Stickyfingers is a combination of cowpoke and south-of-the-border dishes. The all-you-can-eat "Chuckwagon Special" ($10.95) offers ribs and chicken, salad and buffalo chips (big, thick potato fries) on Mondays and Tuesdays. In the border-accord theme, succulent St. Louis ribs come with chicken enchiladas ($10.95) dolloped with both red and green salsas.
